 Do we ship to your country?

Destinations we regularly ship to include: Australia, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, New Zealand and the rest of the EU. 

  • How long does shipping take?  

    • USA Orders: We'll receive your order and process it within 1-4 days after purchase.  As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email from us with tracking info.  Delivery takes 1-4 weeks after item ships.  
    • International orders:  Items will be processed and shipped within 4 days of purchase.  Items will deliver in 2-4 weeks.  You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info.  International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur. 

     

  • We  DO NOT OFFER refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer.

Don't be alarmed if you don't receive all items in a large order at once, we don't like to keep our dear customers waiting so we send each item as and when it arrives. Shipping is via local postal services once dispatched from the origin, and hence shipping times can vary seasonally. If you do not receive your item within the specified time period, please contact our support team.

How much is the shipping cost?

  • USA Orders -   $0 to $49,50 = $8.99 and Free shipping for over $100.00
  • Canada Orders - $0 to $49,50 = $8.99 and Free shipping for over $100.00
  • International Orders- Orders less than $200 cost $20 for shipping while orders over $200 are FREE shipping. Please note that our shipping fee is non-refundable. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that incur with your country's policies.

Customs Fees

We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This includes any import fees for orders sent with Free Express shipping.

Where do we get our products? Many of our items are sourced in bulk from global suppliers, so our products usually take between 10-30 days to arrive, though in extremely rare circumstances can take longer. Delivery on all items is included in the price.

Late or lost orders

When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Thorviss take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.

Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at info@thorviss.com. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items).

Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered

This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. 

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are sure that that is not the case, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. Alternatively, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com.

Returns

What products are eligible for returns?

Products are accepted for credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt. Exclusions apply, please note:

  • Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.

We offer a 30 day exchange or refund guarantee. This 30 day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

Orders sent back to the warehouse after the 30 day exchange or refund window has passed will be returned to the customer.

Refund Policy

We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed at the warehouse.

  • Please be aware this can take 7-14 days after the order arriving. You will be notified once a refund has been made.
  • We are unable to refund purchases to a different payment method than the one used to purchase the items.

Additional costs

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund lost returns.

Faulty items

In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact info@thorviss.com within 30 days of the item(s) arriving. Please include the following information:  

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence

Import Duty, Tax and Brokerage Fees

We make every effort to minimize any import duty, tax and brokerage fees to which you may be subject. However, depending on the destination country of your order, duty, tax and brokerage fees may be assessed upon importation. Our shipping charges are only for the cost of carriage and do not include these additional charges. Contact the carrier and the customs authority in your country for further information.

Goods shipped outside of the United States or European Union will be described as metal goods. Combined import duty and tax are typically 20% of the total order value. In some cases, an additional brokerage fee may be assessed by the carrier.

Production Time

We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Usual production time is 9 business days. Many items ship ahead of schedule, though we cannot guarantee it.
